The APP is designed for candidates and employees of SNC Technical Services, LLC or for the Human Resources representative who will interact with the APP via mobile applications and the website hosted on our servers or external servers. This APP is controlled and operated by SNC Technical Services, LLC, a company located in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, a territory of the United States. By using the APP, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into the resulting Agreement and are an authorized user, and you consent to the transfer or storage of your information within the territory of the United States, including Puerto Rico.
1. Internal Use of Information
All personal information collected by SNC Technical Services, LLC is used exclusively for internal purposes related to our operations, services, and compliance with contractual or legal obligations. No personal information is collected from the user when accessing the Portal’s services unless such information is voluntarily provided.
This statement informs the user of the reason why information is collected automatically; what it is collected for; how it is used and with whom it is shared; the options the user has to control the use of their personal information; how to access their information; and the security measures used to protect the information collected and stored in the database. Providing your personal information is voluntary.

9. Spam, Phishing and Fraudulent Websites
Fraudulent websites and cyberattacks continue to rise alongside advances in technology, so it is important to be informed about how to protect your information while browsing websites, apps, and the Internet. Please be aware that there may be fraudulent websites unlawfully using SNC Technical Services, LLC logos or sending fraudulent communications via phishing tactics. If you receive correspondence that appears to be from SNC Technical Services, LLC but contains grammatical errors, typos, or unusual content, please proceed with caution as it may be a scam. If you receive this type of fraudulent or spam email, avoid responding and contact us immediately at hr@sncts.com.
10. Your Responsibility as a User
It is your responsibility to:
a. Authorize, monitor, and control access and use of your SNC APP account, user ID, and password.
b. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
c. Promptly notify us of any need to deactivate a password or account by contacting us.
